Some Thoughts on Ascension

Well I am at a strange place with the Ascension Research for the classes I was planning. I doing the research I have come to the conclusion that I can not in all good conscience teach Ascension as it is written about in the books on the topic. I have come to a split where I can not resolve what I believe and what is being presented as a spiritual path. There is a message that I was given when I started on this path, The Dream Path, the message said that The dream Path will be known because it is “Simple,Organic, and Grounded in the Present Moment.” This is where Ascension teachings do not align with what I teach.

Let me begin with Simple. The Ascension Process is anything but simple. It is Full of overly cerebral teachings about the nature of the soul and the universe. Also even though I resonate strongly with Ascended Masters as spiritual teachers the hierarchy that is used for them has little or know use as a spiritual tool. There is little if any value to everyday living of knowing who works for who in which way, and which ascended amster replaced which. Then we have the extremely complex system of meditations with the vibrational frequencies that one must achieve to ascend to an even more complex map of dimensions and there various Vibrations. All of which you nearly need a PHD to follow to any benefit. Not very simple.

Then we move on to organic. First let me explan what is meant by organic. A spiritual teaching is organic when it is able to envelope whatever is happening in the present moment. A teaching is organic when it teaches you everyday and helps you everymoment to move closer to inner calm and connection with the Divine or Universal Mind. Ascension practices are all based on meditations that have little to do with the life that is actually being lived. Now I do have to say that there is a great deal of taking about and borrowing from the many traditions, practices, religions, and phylosopies of the word. But for the most part very little real practices that are put to use in everyday life, and this is the present situation.

This brings me to “grounded in the present moment”. I have read in some of the books about being present but… the bulk of the teachings are future oriented. The practices are to prepare yourself for a different time and place. They are studies that are about escaping this world and moving into the fifth dimension. What is said is along the lines of this world being a testing ground so that we may move on to better places and dimensions.

The other place that ascension teachings lose me is there idea of good versus evil and an up coming or on going battle between the two. This is very out dated christian theology that has been the basis of most of the Theosophy Societies writings. Alice Bailey started as a theosophist and then left later but the pseudo christian teachings and prophecies colored her work as she worked with ascended masters who channeled material that explained the mysteries of Christian teachings into what is now known as the Ascension Process.

So With that I have moved away from teaching this Process. and will continue to develop Dream Pathing as a path towards our ascension and enlightenment. and all though it may only ever be my own personal path I will no longer have to seek else where for answers.
