I was in the garden today looking at some zucchini when I came across this little green tree frog hiding in the leaves. I ran in and grabbed my camera to take a picture. While I was out there I decided to take a few more and do a quick little post. Elige and I have been truly blessed. This time last year we were living in a terrible little place. This year we have a Nice little house that we are working on buying. We have a yard with the start of a beautiful garden. It wasn`t until I was looking at these few photographs that I realized just how much our life has changed. It`s amazing the difference that a year can make.

We were looking around at the garden today because we had just got back from a farmers market around the State Capitol Building in Lansing. It was a nice collection of fruits and veggies, as well as fresh honey and Maple Syrup. There were some mushroom growers as we as plenty of nuts and baked goods. We stopped at this little booth and bought some Lavender to add to our garden. It was a nice little outing. It`s funny how something like this can remind you just how fortunate you are.

Oneness

There are a lot of people and things out there. Some of them we find enjoyable and others we wish to avoid.
So how is it that we are one with all of these things how is it that we are one with people such as murders,
and sex offenders. You might say that it is impossible that you share any similarities with any of these people.
You would be mistaken if  you truly believed that.

How can I make such claims? Well first of all it is a matter of science and the Law of Conservation.
The Law of Conservation states that you cannot create or destroy matter. Matter can only be changed
from one form to another. As it is changed, matter releases energy as it releases bits of the more
complex form becoming simpler in form ; or it requires energy to add bits as it goes from simple to
complex. This Law of the natural world shows that there is a finite amount of the stuff called matter.
Matter is what makes up our physical forms. It is also what the foods we eat, the water we drink, the air
we breathe, the planet we live on, and the stars in the sky are all built from.

So we are all built from the same stuff called matter; Matter that has been recycled through every physical
form that can be found on this planet. You are air, water, fire, earth, dog, cat, bird, and people.
On the physical level we are the same. You might say, but that is not the same as being one with something else.
Just because our bodies might have the same bits making them work does not mean that I Am the same as they are.
That is on a physical level, I don`t think like they do, I have too much compassion to harm another, I have a
different soul than they do. You are correct this is not the same as being one with something or someone else.
I think differently than other people. I feel differently than other people. My perspective is unique because
of my experiences. These are arguments that many will make meaning that because of our thoughts and experiences
we are separate beings with no connection. For all of our similarities in our atomic and molecular make up, each
of us is unique in our specific physical design.

There is another level we are seldom aware of. It is the level of Universal Consciousness.
This Level of being has been talked about in every major belief system that exists on the Earth at this
Time. This is the realm of Mystery. The realm Where we as humans lose the ability to understand with our
human minds. This is the Tao that Taoist say can Not be known. This is the Chi that Flows in Chinese
medicine. In Hermetic teachings this is the Mind of the Unknowable all. The essence of these thoughts when they
are boiled down is that we are all part of and inseparable from the Universal Consciousness. It can be
said that Creator and Creation are one and the same.

The ALL could be viewed as an ocean and we are the waves. We are water, Inseparable from the ocean until
suddenly we find that we have form,we have consciousness,we have physical characteristics. We soon learn to
Identify with our form and differentiate between our form and others. We begin to say” I am taller than
that wave.” or “I am faster than The other Wave.” We become so engrossed in the world of form that we
forget that we all started as water. We are all still water. and as we rush towards the shore and we see
the other waves disappearing we begin to worry about what will happen to us when we get to the shore.
Being so Identified with forms that we now have forgot our origins as water and part of the ALL. Finally
we hit the beach and our form dissolves and we return back to the water and settle into the peace of being
simply the ocean, the ALL once more.

It is this Identification with the world of forms that causes us to forget our origins as part of the
Universal Consciousness. This Identification brings us so much suffering as we attach ourselves to the
world of forms all the while forgetting that we Will eventually return to the peace of the source.

We are truly One we are the waves on the ocean who have forgotten that we do not exist separate form the
ocean. When we are still and our minds are quiet we begin to sense our true being as part of the Divine
Whole.

The mind emphasizes these differences. In fact the Mind creates all of these differences.

Charoite is the stone of soul purpose. Charoite is a stone of very profound emotional and spiritual influence. As I explored the depths of this stone I found that it was a stone that brought about a deep feeling of peace, confidence and acceptance of the present moment as perfect. From this place of centered calm judgments about the present seemed to dissolve along with the anxieties of life. This is probably how Charoite has earned it`s reputation as a stone of courage. Courage is standing strong in the face of fear, Charoite does more than give you the ability to face your fears. Charoite dissolves the thought forms that feed our fears by allowing us to see the present moment without judgment. Judgment is the true beginning of fear and anxiety, the emotions that wreak such havoc on our physical an subtle energy systems. It is when we forget that there are no good or bad events in our lives, only it events, that we start to bring in fear and anxiety. Charoite allows us to stay open to the changing winds of life in a calm centered way.

Charoite is also a stone of compassion and unconditional love. Charoite connects the heart chakra to the crown chakra bringing a compassionate view to our spiritual endeavors. This heart centered awareness allows us to see that we are all spiritual beings connected by our being a part of the same Divine Creation. This environment of unconditional love is the beginning of a deeper understanding of our spiritual path. The first step is letting go of judgments that we have placed on ourselves and others facilitating, personal healing and forgiveness. This process of healing further grounds us in the present moment bringing in the higher spiritual vibrations to our physical world. With out our judgments our Insights and intuitions about our spiritual growth and path become clearer. With our judgments dissolved we then can begin to think about the world in a compassionate manner. Love is the emotion, Compassion is the new way that we view our world. Compassion is truly hindered by fears and prejudices. These two create the illusory divisions that lead to our feelings of separateness. This stone draws downs the higher vibrational energies and grounds them in our everyday life. Increasing the work of spirit in our lives guiding us, Not always gently, To our higher spiritual purpose.

Charoite helps one to acclimate to higher energy vibrations and is especially useful for energy workers, channels, and anyone that works with higher vibrational energies. For those that are working to raise their energy vibrations Charoite reminds you to bring the higher-vibrational energy  down to the earth plane. Charoite helps overcome spiritual escapism, encouraging one to to assume responsibility for bring spiritual energies where they are needed and grounding them here on earth.

Tumbled Malachite

Malachite is one of my favorite stones. This stone is one of the most powerful healing stones that I know of. When working at Coyote Wisdom I am often asked about stones for Helping with the healing of various conditions. The first stone that my Intuition usually pulls to the surface is Malachite.

Malachite Works in many ways and on many levels.  The Healing process begins with the clearing of energies that may be causing problems and blockages in the Energy body which manifest as physical problems. This Stone cleanses “Negative” Energies from the chakras, as well as electromagnetic pollution, radiation and other energies that can throw the energy system out of balance.

Malachite is a powerful physical healer. As stones for physical healing go in my opinion it is one of the most powerful. Malachite works to reduce  inflammation, promotes cellular regeneration, strengthens the immune system, and detoxifies the body. Because it works on the cellular level malachite can help after traumatic injuries and surgeries.Malachite works on the physical body by helping to speed detoxification. As a result malachite is one of the best stones to remove negative energies and pollutants from the body, subtle energy system, and the environment as a result malachite needs to be cleansed often.

Malachite works on a Psychological and mental level by illuminating the core beliefs and psychosomatic roots of our disease. It helps to break old patterns that are holding us back. Malachite goes to the core of a problem enhancing Intuition and insight about the causes of our problems physical and otherwise. Malachite helps bring suppressed feeling to the surface and release emotional trauma.

Malachite is a very protective stone. It can protect you from the Negative thoughts and energies from others. Malachite by many sources is a stone of transformation that points to the blocks on our spiritual path. It can also help with Psychic and intuitive development by opening up the third eye and stimulating psychic visions. Malachite is also connected strongly with the heart chakra and helps empathic development and bringing an awareness of our personal power and will, as well as our own personal worth allowing us to to effectively change our lives to our benefit.

As you can see I could go on and on about the benefits of malachite. I have barely scratched the surface of the uses for this stone. These are some of the best uses for malachite but not all by any means. I would like to add in here that malachite should be used with some caution. It has some toxic properties but can be safely handled. Do not make elixirs or waters to take internally. If using unpolished malachite be careful not to inhale any of  the powder that may come off of this soft stone. Take a reasonable precaution to protect the stone as it will easily break and scratch.

Malachite will always reflect how you feel, if you feel negative don’t normally wear it.

As you can see malachite is truly a stone of spiritual transformation as well as energetic transformation. Malachite transmutes negative energies within and without helping along our spiritual paths and mending our broken bodies and minds.

I took these Pictures the other day as Elige and I were walking down the river walk. I thought they turned out nice and wanted to share a little bit of the place we call home with you.
This first Picture is of the Brinkey Fish Ladder on the Grand River This Fish Ladder allows Salmon and other fish that Migrate to breeding grounds navigate past the dam in the River. It is a series of Graduated steps that the water flows down. The fish move against stream and literally climb the ladder.

The river walk has many Walk ways that extend over the water where it crosses under the Roads.

I wanted write a little about personal prosperity and the economy. I am sure that all of you who are reading this are quite aware of what is going on with the economy of our country. Many of you are intimately aware of  how this period of economic flux is effecting the minds and emotions of our communities. The News is constantly bombarding us with every little detail of the “crisis”. It is this idea of “crisis”  that I wanted to Address. Yes we are going through a time of change and fluctuation. Does this equate with a crisis? Is this Change any different in it`s essence than any cycle that we may have experienced since the dawn of time. Not really.

We as humans have always had to learn to flow with the changing of the seasons. The ebb and flow of the Tides. The cycles of Drought and Flood. We have survived as a whole. We have risen to the occasion. Our ability to survive these changes has always been our ability to change with the circumstances.

There is one predominant theme that I see running through the masses that I encounter, Fear. Fear that the things that they have work so hard and spent their hard earned money on will be taken away from them. Now I understand that most of this fear is because of the system that we have put in place. The  fortunes of many seem to be in the hands of the few. The days of self sufficiency seem to be long gone. The masses are in the hands of mega corporations who control so many of the jobs in this country.

Now I could go on and on about all the inequities of the system. The truth is that this is what were are left to work with. The question is How do we manage to flow with the changes when so much of our personal control seems to have been removed. We learn to start making the changes in our life that need to be made. It is those of us who struggle  against the changes that will find ourselves becoming victims of the times.

It is through living in the present moment and the acceptance of impermanence that we find our strength and resilience. First we need to learn to Be in the present moment not yearning for the past or worrying about the future. Those two avenues are forever out of our influence. The present Moment is the one true place where we have the ability to affect change in our lives or find peace with it. It is through Acceptance of impermanence, the truth that the world and our lives is always in a state of change and nothing in the universe is permanent, that we release our attatchement to the material world that we have built up around us and know that This to shall pass.

Our history as a race has shown that it is our ability to evolve to meet the changing circumstances of the present moment and to imagine new ways of living that has moved us forward. Necessity truly is the mother of invention. That same history shows that those who hold on to the past to rigidly are destined to be left behind.

Change is not a bad thing. It is the truth of all existence. when we are truly living in the present moment we can affect change that will benefit us in ways that we can only begin to imagine.

So quit worrying about the future. Live fully in the Present moment then no matter what comes your way in the future you will be right there to meet it fearlessly.

I had thought about writing a piece on the problem with the idea of opposites. I was reading in The light Shall set You Free in Chapter 8- Energy: The Foundation for the Universal Laws ;trying to get as many Perspectives on Ascension as I can; when I came to The phrase “In the battle of Armageddon…. ” . I closed the book in frustration and irritation. Now I know that this book has many overtones about the forces of Light and the Forces of Dark  as well

as outright statements such as this one; But it hit me suddenly as absurd inflammatory, sensational.

These Ideas of some battle of  The forces of Light and Dark are some of the mental constructs that cause further feelings of separation from source.  They are Ideas based in Ego. To believe that you and a few others are all that stand between the “Sons and Daughters of Dark” Preventing our personal and planetary Ascension is a separating thought form. Identification with this Thought forms cause further Ego Building forms. Forms such as “Us” and “Them”, “Good” and “Bad”, “Light” and “Dark”. These thoughts further the illusion of separateness.  Separateness from Source and Separateness From Creation.

Now it was about this time as my mind has latched on to these ideas that I was beginning to rail against the Opposites of Light and Dark. I will give you a taste of the process.

“They talk about light as being the thing that we aspire towards, and Dark as the Negative or Opposite of that but Dark is only the literary opposite of Light. Light Has know true opposite. What is the Opposite of Light? Light is a Wave and a Particle. So it is matter and energy at different times. The true opposite of matter is anti-matter.  When matter and anti-matter come into contact they Annihilate one another and both cease to exist( at least as far as we know). This is a True opposite. They bring complete balance and disappear.  So what would be the opposite of light (with a slight tone of frustration in my thought)? Darkness is not an opposite it is an absence of light. Light is not the inclusion of light( it is in one usage but not as a Noun as it is used in many Writings on spirituality and especially ascension)It is Light. So this idea of opposing forces would mean that there has to be something that when it comes into contact with light that the two can not exist in the same space and would nullify one another. “

This thought process although logical began to go in circles that were very unforthcoming with any resolution. I was not so much Obsessed as Possessed By the question.  It was about then that I decided to write an article about the fallacy opposites in Spirituality and Light Work  in particular. Well as you can Guess I have since come to the conclusion that I was not completely understanding something.

What I did not understanding completely is that it is not Opposite but the word Opposite used erroneously to refer to Polarity.

Living an Intuited Life is starting a Blog carnival. “What is a Blog Carnival?”you say. A blog carnival is a regularly published blog magazine of sorts that is hosted on different blogs each month.
