<p class="MsoNormal">This Meditation Is designed to help you develop your interaction with your four primary psychic senses.<span> </span>As you are guided through this meditation you will experience various aspects of Clairvoyance, Clairaudience, Clairsentience, and claircognizance. As you work with this meditation over time allow your mind to begin to wander in a free form manner. This will develop your ability to receive psychic information in richer, more in-depth and detailed forms.</p>
<ul>
<li><!--[if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family:Symbol;"><span><span style="font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;font-weight:normal;font-size:7pt;line-height:normal;font-family:&quot;"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->You will need a quiet space where you will not be disturbed for about 30 minutes.<span> </span>You can do this meditation in any comfortable position (<em>Lying down, sitting on the ground or in a chair, standing or moving</em>). You will need to keep your eyes closed so you may want a blind fold.<span> </span>Try to avoid music or incense or any thins that is going to overwhelm any of your senses.</li>

<li><!--[if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family:Symbol;"><span><span style="font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;font-weight:normal;font-size:7pt;line-height:normal;font-family:&quot;"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->When you are ready find your comfortable position. Begin by doing a quick grounding visualization as well psychically protecting yourself. When you feel protected and grounded begin to breath.<span> </span>As you breathe become aware of your breath as it moves in and out of your body. Spend A few Breaths just you and your breath.</li>

<ul>
<li><!--[if !supportLists]-->Bring your attention to your inner Movie Screen Visualized Just on the back of your eyelids.<span> </span>This screen is Black with nothing showing on it. Stare with your inner eye at the blank black screen for the space of four complete breaths.</li>
</ul>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">
<ul>
<li><!--[if !supportLists]-->As you continue to watch the screen with your third eye you notice a fuzzy red light red starts to form on the black screen. At first this Light is faint and it begins to grow brighter and to become more solid and intense as it slowly forms into a sphere of red light floating in black space. Watch as this sphere floats in space for the span of four complete breaths.</li>
</ul>

<li><!--[if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family:Symbol;"><span><span style="font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;font-weight:normal;font-size:7pt;line-height:normal;font-family:&quot;"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->Now as you watch Begin to hear music coming from the sphere as floats in the blackness. As you listen to the music you realize that the music sounds like the color red. You sit and listen surrounded by red for four breaths.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li><!--[if !supportLists]-->You cannot put your finger on exactly why or how it sounds red but you feel that the music is red. As watch and listen you feel red in all the ways that you can understand red. You feel it moving over and through you as waves of energy. Sit and Allow yourself to become immersed in the feeling for four complete breaths.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><!--[if !supportLists]--><!--[endif]-->The waves of energy, the red color and the sound of red become one feeling, one thought all these thoughts coming to an understanding of how they are related.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>As you watch, listen, and feel all of your senses engaged you suddenly know how the music is red and the music feels red all at once you understand. You know what red is. Sit with this realization for four complete breaths.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><!--[if !supportLists]-->As you finish the last breath watch as the red sphere begins to fade and become fuzzy and the music and the feeling of red grow fainter. The sphere becomes a red light on the inner movie screen on the back of your eyelids. As you watch the red light starts to turn yellow. The yellow light is fuzzy and starts to grow in intensity as it becomes more solid. As you watch the light becomes a sphere floating in the black space in front of you. Sit watching the sphere floating in the black space for four complete breaths.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><!--[if !supportLists]-->Continue This exercise as we did for the color red with yellow and blue. End the meditation on the blank screen.Spend a few minutes with your breath as you come back to consciousness this will give you the opportunity to receive any psychic impressions. Take some time and record any notes or impressions in your journal. Try doing this with three different colors<span> </span>green, orange, and purple for example.</li>
</ul>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span> </span></p>
<ul>
<li><!--[if !supportLists]--><!--[endif]-->If you like, after doing this meditation a few times do only one color, any color you like and then end on the blank screen and allow this to lead you into your psychic space.</li>

<p>Our breathing is a stable solid ground that we can take refuge in. Regardless of our internal weather- our thoughts, emotions and perceptions- our breathing is always with us like a faithful friend. Whenever we feel carried away, or sunken in a deep emotion, or scattered in worries and projects, we return to our breathing to collect and anchor our mind.</p>
<p>We feel the flow of air coming in and going out of our nose. We feel how light and natural, how calm and peaceful our breathing functions. At any time, while we are walking, gardening, or typing, we can return to this peaceful source of life.<br />
We may like to recite:</p>
<p>“Breathing in I know that I am breathing in.<br />
Breathing out I know that I am breathing out.”</p>
<p>We do not need to control our breath. Feel the breath as it actually is. It may be long or short, deep or shallow. With our awareness it will naturally become slower and deeper. Conscious breathing is the key to uniting body and mind and bringing the energy of mindfulness into each moment of our life.</p>
